Questions

Good to know.

We email you the same day to confirm the details and ask for your domain and hosting logins. From there it's about a week: you see a working draft around day three, get one call to change whatever you want, and it goes live around day seven. Submitting an inquiry doesn't commit you to anything.

We send an invoice once your site is live and you've approved it — not before. There's no card on file, no deposit, and nothing charged when you submit an inquiry. The $20 monthly for hosting and edits starts after launch.

No, it's a separate service at $90 a month on top of your hosting. The $770 covers the website itself. You can add the assistant when you order or at any point afterwards, and drop it again whenever you like — the site keeps working either way.

Hosting, your security certificate, daily backups, software updates, and small edits — new attorney bios, changed hours, updated case results. Email us and we make the change. Cancel anytime and we'll hand over the files.

Yes, and it's yours to keep either way. Take it to another company if you like. A good share of the firms who read theirs come back to us later, which is why it's worth doing.

We build every site to your state bar's attorney advertising rules — required disclaimers, no promises about outcomes, and no testimonials or case results presented in a way your state doesn't allow. We'll flag anything on your current site that looks like a problem. You approve everything before launch and remain the responsible attorney for the content.

We point every old page address at its new version before launch, so the search history you've built carries across rather than starting over. Most firms do better within a few weeks because the new pages are faster and more specific.

Your web address, your domain and hosting logins, and about twenty minutes to review the draft. If you add the AI assistant, another twenty minutes to tell us what it should ask callers. We write everything else from what's already on your site.

That's fine, and it's usually faster. Leave the website field blank in your inquiry. We'll help you register a domain if you don't have one — you'll own it, registered in your firm's name.

No. It says up front that it isn't a lawyer. It asks what happened, books the consultation, and emails you a summary before you call back. If someone asks what they should do, it tells them that's a question for you.

You do — the domain, the files, and the content, all in your firm's name. If you stop the monthly, we hand everything over so you or anyone else can host it. Nothing is held hostage.

You don't pay. Nothing is invoiced until the site is live and approved, so walking away at the draft stage costs you nothing. Your existing site stays exactly as it is until you say go.
